Service policies

• A dedicated service-line is available 24 hours, 7 days a week and 365 days a year.
• Normal working hours are 8.00 am - 5.30 pm

• Emergency engineers number available.
• All calls will be logged and issued to engineers on same day basis:-
• Normal response time 24 hours.
• Emergency four to six hours.
• Same day, if call is logged before 11:00 am.
• Next day if call is logged after 12:30 pm.
• All engineers will be identifiable by the company uniforms and their personal ID cards.
• Engineers to produce work sheets and all completed works to be signed and dated by persons in authority on site.
• John's Electric's engineers will complete any on site documentation.
